On Friday, October 23, the Western Water Assessment, a NOAA RISA program at CU Boulder, and the NOAA ESRL Physical Science Division (PSD) convened a panel of experts to discuss what El Niño is and what it does, past El Niño impacts across Colorado, and what kind of weather Colorado might expect this fall, winter and spring.
The panelists discussed what El Niño is and what it does, past El Niño impacts across Colorado,and potential weather impacts. The moderator and panelists gave brief remarks, followed by questions from the audience, including via webinar. The Climate Program Office supports RISA and NIDIS.
