Questions about the NOAA Climate & Global Change (C&GC) Postdoctoral Fellowship application process? On Friday, October 22, 2022, from 10:00 – 11:00AM MDT, UCAR|CPAESS will host a live NOAA C&GC Application Q&A Session with the C&GC Steering Committee. A recording of the meeting will be posted after the event if you are not able to attend. NOAA C&GC Fellows focus on observing, understanding, modeling, and predicting climate variability and change on seasonal and longer time scales. This includes the documentation and analysis of past, current, or possible future climate variability and change as well as the study of the underlying physical, chemical, and biological processes. The C&GC program has an outstanding reputation for attracting the best and brightest PhDs in the sciences relevant to climate change. Each appointed fellow is hosted by a mentoring scientist at a U.S. university or research institution to work in an area of mutual interest.  The application deadline is January 7, 2022. Appointments will be announced by April 1, 2022.  Click here for more info on the C&GC Postdoctoral Fellowship and the link to the Q&A session »
