David Herring, Chief of the Communication, Education, and Engagement Division of the Climate Program Office, has been named a finalist for a Pinnacle Award for Climate Change Executive of the Year in the government category for his leadership in facilitating the development of products and services helping American communities get the data and information they need to cope with the climate crisis. Given by WashingtonExec, a professional organization for executives whose companies provide services to the government, the Pinnacle Awards recognize innovation and leadership both within the government and across the companies that supply services to the government.
