Guidance

  1. Projects with multiple PIs should consolidate the inputs and  submit a single report. If it is a progress report, not a final report, please focus on  results from the current reporting period. Final reports should cover the entire reporting period. View the report form below for required format guidelines.
  2. Fill the form by cutting and pasting from your original document. The content of the form is not saved until it is submitted. Please contact the CPO Webmaster with technical questions at 301-427-2325.
  3. Email the original report which may include figures (doc or pdf) to annarita.mariotti@noaa.gov with cc to jin.huang@noaa.gov and richard.a.rivera@noaa.gov). Add PI Name and project CG number in the subject line. Naming convention:PIsname_GCnumber_docname_year.
  4. For Grants only: please go to your GrantsOnLine account and attach the report file to your Grantsfile and follow the instructions therein.
